How we approached and solved the challenge.

Our team tackled the challenges with a comprehensive strategy, rebuilding the website from the ground up on a Next.js framework with a headless WordPress CMS. This powerful combination provided the best of both worlds: exceptional performance and a flexible, easy-to-manage content system.

  • UI/UX Revamp: We designed a new user experience with a focus on empathy and clarity. The new design is clean, mobile-friendly, and intuitively guides visitors through the process of exploring services and contacting the center.
  • Performance Optimization: By using Next.js and its built-in optimizations, we significantly improved page load speeds, providing a seamless user experience.
  • Structured Data Implementation: We added structured data schema for LocalBusiness, Organization, and MedicalCondition, enabling Google to better understand their services and display rich results. This immediately boosted their visibility for relevant searches.
  • Analytics Setup: We set up GA4 (Google Analytics 4) through GTM (Google Tag Manager) to accurately track user behavior, form submissions, and other crucial conversion metrics, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
